Joomieq (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, or Joomieq) is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of its clients and visitors to our website. In particular, we want users to know that Joomieq is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies for marketing purposes. Client data is retained in accordance with the retention policy of the applicable Client master service agreement / contract. We have implemented physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your PII from unauthorised access. However, as effective as our security measures are, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our systems nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

We’ll respond to your request by e-mail as a rule no later than one calendar month. If your request is complex or you make more than one, the response time may be a maximum of three calendar months, starting from the day of receipt. Please note that before we can provide you with the requested information regarding your Personal Data, we may need to verify your identity.

3.6. Exercising Data Subject’s Rights and Contacting Joomieq
